Returns and Exchanges:

• You can return or exchange your item within 3 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with the original tags attached.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days after we receive the product.

Exchange Process:

• If you exchange a product for a lesser value, the balance will be refunded to you via store credit or a gift card.
• If you exchange a product for a higher value, you can pay the difference via COD, net banking, or store credit.
