Returns and Exchanges:
- You can return or exchange your item within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after the product is received.
- We offer one free exchange for the product. However, any additional exchanges will be subject to a minimum freight charge of 250 INR.
- The free exchange or return policy is not applicable during sale periods.
- Returns for exchange orders are not accepted. Exchange orders can only be exchanged further with additional charges.
- During sale periods, we do not provide returns or refunds. Only exchanges for a different size of the same style are allowed.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with the original tags attached.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days after we receive the product.
Exchange Process:
- If you exchange a product for a lesser value, the balance will be refunded to you via store credit or a gift card.
- If you exchange a product for a higher value, you can pay the difference via COD, net banking, or store credit.
Other Terms:
- Disputes regarding non-delivery or incorrect products must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
